Menzieshill had a successful weekend in Vienna by winning the silver medal and the 2nd promotion spot to the "A" division in 2011.

Local hockey player Allan Gouick (Menzieshill) is running the Edinburgh marathon in May in full battle kit to raise funds for Help for Heroes one of the forces charities.

Allan is serving with Royal Marines at Arbroath and they had a tour of duty last year in Afghanistan.
